Robust filter regulators are in demand for compressed air treatment in harsh environments in the process industry. Depending on the need of the customer for materials and ambient temperature, we offer the most suitable filter regulator, whether with a housing with aluminium coating for up to -40°C or in stainless steel for up to -60°C.
Filter regulator LFR- ...-EX4 with aluminium coating can be installed in a control cabinet or directly on automated process valves in the field. It stands out thanks to its high resistance to corrosion and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. The flow rate is 3400 l/min.
The components of filter regulator PCRP are all made of high-quality stainless steel 316L. The PCRP can be used in areas with extreme temperatures of up to -60°C. It offers a flow rate of 4100 l/min.
Both filter regulators conform to the ATEX requirements for zones 1 and 21, and both series can also be used in safety-related circuits up to SIL 2.
