Festo Launches Electeo: A New Standard in Electronics Education
Modern training for industry readiness
Electeo is a new interactive training system for electronics that connects theory with practice. Designed for vocational schools, universities, and industrial training centers, it combines multimedia courses with a compact workstation equipped with specialized circuit boards and digital measurement tools. Learners gain experience in electricity, as well as analog and digital electronics, through guided hands-on experimentation.
Blended learning through integrated technology
Electeo reflects Festo’s dual expertise in industry and education. At its core is a newly developed electronic core that seamlessly links hardware with courseware, ensuring a smooth learning and teaching experience.
The key benefits for users:
• All-in-one system – Embedded test and measurement tools means no external hardware required
• Broad compatibility – Works with most web browsers across computers, tablets, and smartphones
• Hassle-free setup – Fits smoothly into existing IT environments, no extra installation needed
• Intuitive to use – Designed for easy adoption by both teachers and students
Digital learning and simulation with Festo LX and FluidSIM 365
Electeo courses are available both as printable workbooks and on the Festo LX digital learning portal, allowing students to learn anytime and anywhere. Teachers can use LX to design lessons more efficiently with integrated AI tools, create personalized learning paths, and monitor student progress. For additional practice, learners can access FluidSIM 365 directly through Festo LX, enabling them to build, simulate, and test electronic circuits in real time.
