Attractive servo system in sight
The new, optimized EMMB-ST and EMMT-ST stepper motor family in conjunction with the CMMT-ST-MP servo drive controller offers users a coordinated servo system at an attractive price.
The EMMB-ST stepper motors are the basic series for applications with basic requirements: cost-effective, particularly suitable for series machine manufacturers and applications in electronics and small parts handling. An OCP cable (One Cable Plug) with a space-saving plug enables front or rear alignment. The motors have protection class IP20 (shaft IP40).
The EMMT-ST stepper motors are the technology series for higher IP rate requirements and solid connectivity as well as UL approval. An OCP cable (One Cable Plug) with a solid M17 plug is used here. The plug can be swiveled through 310°. The motors have protection class IP65 (shaft IP40) and UL certification.
With engineering tools such as Electric Motion Sizing, the right drive package can be selected quickly and reliably. The Festo Automation Suite (FAS) software is responsible for quick and easy commissioning.
