Festo receives the prestigious Hermes Award 2026 for the development and integration of Diffusion Bonded Manifolds. The high-precision channel plates enable compact, sterile and contamination-free fluid systems that perform numerous microfluidic tasks in laboratory and medical technology solutions. Festo will be presenting two applications with manifolds at the Hannover Messe: automated production of organs-on-a-chip for drug development and automation of individualised cancer therapy.
