Electrically modular and pneumatically flexible

With the valve terminal VTUG plug-in, fieldbus replacement becomes child's play

Small, but still with a high flow rate - the VG family, the latest valve series by Festo. Its spectrum ranges from the compact individual valve VUVG up to the fieldbus-compatible valve terminal VTUG plug-in – electrically modular and pneumatically flexible, also in the control cabinet.

Many international customers active in the fields of small parts assembly and the electronics industry, as well as the food and packaging industries, in which a high flow rate for a small unit volume are important, have already come to appreciate the individual valve VUVG for quick applications. It is easy to handle and attractively priced.

New to the family is the valve terminal VTUG plug-in, which rounds off the VG family with technically superior multipole variations and a highly simple and inexpensive fieldbus connection for all standard fieldbuses and Ethernet as well as IO-Link. The fieldbuses are quick and easy to replace, as the fieldbus nodes are screwed onto the valve terminal. Particularly interesting for machine and system manufacturers who offer their machines and systems in modular design are the electrical modularity and the high pneumatic flexibility of the VTUG plug.
