Two global players, one shared success story: in 2026, Festo remains Bosch’s Preferred Supplier for automation products in the ‘Pneumatic Components’ category. This also makes Festo the first point of contact for new machinery and plant projects. Bosch has been relying on Festo since 2015 – now for the eleventh year running.

Festo has launched a company-wide transformation program to position itself for a sustainable future as a financially independent family-owned company. The program is also intended to strengthen and expand the company’s position as a globally successful innovation leader. Alongside structural realignments to its global organization, the company plans to cut 1,300 positions in Germany.

Festo achieved solid financial results in fiscal year 2025. Following a 3.7% decline in turnover due to economic conditions, Festo is focusing 2026 on expanding its leadership in innovation and competitiveness. To this end, the company is continuing to further develop its structure and, with an R&D ratio of over 8%, is investing in the expansion of Seamless Automation with a comprehensive portfolio, seamless connectivity, and an intuitive digital experience.
